To use the Balancing Body Polish, apply the product to damp skin and massage gently in circular movements. Then rinse with warm water and pat the skin dry. Use the product 1-2 times a week for optimal results.

Note: It should not be used on broken or inflamed skin. It is also not recommended to use it immediately after sunbathing or waxing, because the skin needs to recover for a few days.
