Does Keekabu have a secure payment environment?
Yes. As soon as you start paying, you will enter a secure internet environment. This way, others don't get the chance to secretly watch. Your transaction data is sent encrypted via an SSL connection. You can recognize a secure SSL connection by the green lock in your browser.
In what ways can I pay?
You can pay online with iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card (we accept Visa, MasterCard or AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Keekabuu gift vouchers.
What is Keekabuu's account number?

How can I redeem my gift card or voucher?
During checkout, click on “redeem gift voucher” under payment method. Enter your code(s) here. Make sure you spend the voucher in one go, otherwise the rest of the amount will be forfeited.
Why is my payment checked?
We always check credit card payments due to susceptibility to fraud. We believe it is important to protect our customers against fraudsters.
Why was my credit card payment rejected?
All credit card payments go through a payment check with us. Unfortunately, we cannot share with you why the payment was rejected. Of course, we assume your good intentions, but we must keep the control methods secret.
Your order has been automatically canceled and the reservation will expire within 3 working days. Do you still want to receive your order? Then place it again and choose a different payment method.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation yet?
Check whether money has been debited.
Due to busy times on our payment platform, a payment is sometimes delayed. Have you not received an order confirmation after 1 hour? The fastest way to help you is through customer service . Send us a screenshot of your bank statement with the transaction number visible via email to customer service. We will then send you the order confirmation. Also check your spam box, sometimes your order confirmation arrives there. Has no money been debited? Then the payment was not successful. You can then place your order again.
What if I haven't received a refund?
It varies per bank how long it takes before the refund reaches your account. Has the amount not been credited to your account within 14 days? Please contact our customer service .
Where can I find the status of my refund?
Unfortunately you cannot check that.
We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as quickly as possible, but no later than within 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice.

What post-payment options do we offer?
We use Klarna as a post-payment method.
Klarna is a flexible payment solution that offers customers various options for deferred payment.
What is Klarna: Pay afterwards?
'Pay afterwards' gives you the option to pay within 14 days. As soon as the order has been shipped, you will receive an invoice via Klarna. You arrange the actual payment yourself with Klarna.

How does business ordering work?
Customers outside the Netherlands with a valid VAT number must first contact us before ordering. We can then verify the VAT number provided and set up your account so that you can order VAT-free. If you order without doing this, the site will automatically charge VAT. We cannot correct this afterwards.
