What are the return conditions?

Let us know that you want to return something by sending an email to info@beautyjunkies.nl. You have the right to cancel your order (or part of it) within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the items.

The costs for returning are borne by the buyer, unless Beauty Junkies has delivered an incorrect item. In that case, Beauty Junkies will cover the shipping costs and we will send a shipping label by email. Please note: please contact us first by email before returning an incorrectly delivered item! If you frank the return yourself, these costs will not be reimbursed afterwards.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all accessories supplied and, if reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging to Beauty Junkies. If the product or packaging is damaged, we can pass on the depreciation of the product to you. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning.

Why do I get less money back for my returned product?

Then your product was probably not returned in its original condition. In that case, we determine the depreciation based on the condition. The maximum depreciation is 25%.

The final amount you receive is determined by two things:

1.The depreciation of the product. This is based on three factors: damage to the product; - damage to the packaging; - completeness of the product.

2. The costs we incur to resell the product. Consider taking clear photos and a good description. These costs are €7.50 and are deducted together with the depreciation.

What if I have received a wrong product?

Oops, that's not the intention. Report this to our customer service and we will ensure that you receive the correct order as quickly as possible.

How long will it take before I receive my new product?

As soon as we receive your returned product, we will send your new product. You will receive it the next day. Is your new product out of stock? We will of course let you know and you will get your money back.

How quickly will I be refunded after returns?

We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as quickly as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice. We will refund you using the same payment method as you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly indicate otherwise. has agreed; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement.

You may get your money back in several parts. This could be due to two things:

-You paid the amount or part thereof with a gift voucher or voucher. You will then receive that amount back in the form of shop credit.

-You have exchanged a product for another product. In that case, we will refund the purchase value of the first product to the payment method you first used to pay. Did you pay extra for the replacement product? You will then receive the remaining amount refunded separately.

Can I exchange my product directly with the delivery person?

Unfortunately that is not possible. Your product must first be processed in our warehouse. As soon as we receive your product, we will ship your new product. You will receive it the next day. Is your new product out of stock? We will of course let you know and you will get your money back.

How should I pack my product to return it?

Use sturdy packaging, preferably the original. This way the chance of damage is as small as possible and we might be able to make someone else happy with it. Do you no longer have the original packaging at home? No problem, we will examine the condition of your returned product and determine the depreciation on this basis.

You can ship your packaged product in a Keekabuu box or other sturdy box that you close properly.

Product packed? Print out your shipping label. You will find this in the email you received from us.

Do I have to return my product in the original packaging?

Yes, if you send your product within the satisfaction guarantee. That way we might be able to make someone else happy with it. Do you no longer have the original packaging at home? No problem, we will examine the condition of your returned product and determine the reduction in value based on this.

What kind of warranty do I have?

The legal warranty applies to all items you purchase from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.

Some products also have a manufacturer's warranty. This guarantee does not affect the legal guarantee.
