What are the return conditions?
Let us know that you want to return something by sending an e-mail to info@beautyjunkies.nl. You have the right to cancel your order (or part of it) within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to send the items back.
The costs for returning are for the account of the buyer, unless Beauty Junkies has delivered a wrong article. In that case, Beauty Junkies takes care of the shipping costs and we will send a shipping label by e-mail. Please note: first contact us via e-mail before you return the incorrectly delivered item! If you frank the return yourself, these costs will not be reimbursed afterwards.
If you use your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging to Beauty Junkies. If the product or packaging is damaged, we can pass on the value reduction of the product to you. Therefore, treat the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged when returning.

Why do I get less money back for my returned product?

How long will it take before I receive my new product?

How quickly will I be repaid after returning?
We pay the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but return back within 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal. How should I pack my product to return it?
Use a sturdy package, preferably the original. In this way the chance of damage is as small as possible and we may be able to make someone else happy with it. You can send your packaged product in a beauty junkies box or other sturdy box that you close properly.
