What should I do if I have not received my package?
Check the following:
The Track & Trace code of the package. You will find this in your shipping confirmation. Check via this link whether the delivery time indication has changed. Is the delivery address you entered correct? Also check your zip code. Have you received a not at home message? The package has then been delivered to the neighbors or the delivery person has scheduled a new delivery time.
Is this all correct, but have you not received a package? Please contact our customer service.
What if my product is delivered damaged?
We will of course solve that for you. Complete the returns form within 14 days, where you can indicate that your product is damaged and that you would like a replacement product.
What happens to my package if I am not at home?
Delivery via DHL: The delivery person will deliver your package to the neighbors. If that doesn't work, the delivery person will take your package to a DHL Pickup parcel shop near you.
What if my delivery is delayed?
We will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. You can keep an eye on exactly when your order will be delivered via the Track & Trace link in your shipping confirmation. We understand that you want your order delivered today. Unfortunately, it really won't work. Just wait a minute, he's coming.
Where is my package?
Follow your shipment with the Track & Trace code from your shipping confirmation email. Have you received a shipping confirmation, but your Track & Trace code is incorrect? This often only works on the day of delivery. Does your code still not work? Then it is best to contact our customer service .
