Usage advice

You can use this file at any time of the day on dry or damp skin that is rough or calloused. (Soak your feet in warm, soapy water to make removing calluses easier). Separate the files and, holding the micro file in the palm of your hand, glide over the contours of your foot. Start at the thickest layer of calluses and move the file slightly up and down to remove thin layers of dead skin. Be careful not to remove too much. Empty the container with the removed callus. Continue your treatment with the white file to make your feet silky soft again. This finishing file can also be used on its own to keep the skin callus-free for longer between treatments.

After use, both files can be washed in warm water with soapy water. Allow to air dry.
