Content of the DE-Stress & Calm Set

De-Stress Mind Bath & Shower Oil (55 ml): Calms and clarifies the Spirit with incense, wild chamomile and rosemary.
De-Stress Body Oil (100 ml): Perfect for massages with lavender, ginger and arnica to soften the skin and relax the muscles.
De-Stress Muscle Gel (150 ml): Stimulates and illuminates with black pepper, lavender, rosemary and ginger for flexible muscles.

Usage tips

De-Stress Mind Bath & Shower Oil (55 ml):
Add 1-2 caps to warm bath water or massage on the skin before you take a shower. Enjoy the calming scent while you relax. Ideal for relieving stress at the beginning or end of the day.
De-Stress Body Oil (100 ml):
Apply a generous amount to the skin and gently massage in, especially after a shower or bath for maximum hydration. Can also be used for a calming massage, for example after physical exertion, to relax the muscles.
De-Stress Muscle Gel (150 ml):
Massage in at odds or tired muscles, such as the neck, shoulders or legs, until the gel is completely absorbed. Ideal after a long day, a workout, or when your muscles need extra relaxation.
