usage advice

Apply the oil to areas with cellulite, such as the front, sides and back of the thighs, from the knees to the top of the thighs. Massage the oil in with medium to firm, circular movements. Then use your thumbs and index fingers to further massage the product with the same medium to firm, circular movements. The skin should turn pink after the massage.

If you use the Legology Circu-Lite massage cup, close the open part of the cup immediately after applying the oil. Place the pinched part of the cup on your skin where you applied the oil and slowly open it so that the skin is vacuumed. Gently pull the cup from the bottom up, from the knees to the top of the thighs. Repeat this technique around the legs.
