The Daily Formula contains Quatrefolic®, 600 mcg, a superior form of folic acid. At night the body needs more fat-soluble vitamins. The Multi Night Mama provides extra vitamin D3 with a dosage of 25 mcg and vitamin E in the easily absorbable form D-alpha-tocopherol acetate 30 mg.
*Note: This product contains vitamin A. Excessive vitamin A use during pregnancy is not recommended. However, it is a misconception to no longer consume vitamin A at all. Vitamin A is also very important! It plays a role in growth, among other things. The multi mama contains a nice dosage of 200mcg and you can use it safely.
Usage advice
one tablet for the day, and one tablet for the evening.
