Also brush some nail polish over the free end of the nail to seal it and help prevent the nail polish from chipping. Finally, apply the OPI Top Coat. Also seal the free end with the Top Coat. For a manicure that feels dry in minutes, apply 1 drop of DripDry Lacquer Drying Drops to each nail.
