Let's start with the preparation:

Start with clean and dry skin. This routine is designed to work on one side of the face first, and after step 3, move on to the other side
Place the ball in the center of your forehead and move upward toward your hairline, with added pressure. This immediately relieves tension in your facial muscles

Let's sculpt:

3. Now roll to the edge of your eyebrow, add pressure and roll upward. From your eyebrow, roll toward your jawline and press and roll toward the center of your cheek.

Let's define

4. From the center of your cheek, move in a circular motion, following the shape of your cheekbone outward and adding pressure. Roll up, again with pressure, and move back to the center of your forehead.
