Apply a light to medium color to the eyelid with a soft brush. For a smokey eye, apply a dark color to the outer corner of the eye and blend it into the arcade arch. Apply a light color to the inner corner of the eye. Then apply the dark color with a flat brush as an eyeliner on the upper and lower lash lines.
