You do this in my beauty junkies. You can only cancel if your order has not yet left our warehouse. Has your order been sent? Then you can refuse it at the door or return free of charge via the online return form.

Don't have a beauty junkies account? Then you are helped the fastest via customer service. Send an email that you want to cancel your order with the order number.

You can only change your order if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation.

Contact our customer service to adjust the name or address of your order.

I want to change my address?

Have you ordered something that is sent to an incorrect address and have you not yet received a shipping confirmation? Pass it on to our customer service. Then we will see if we can still adjust the address of the shipment. When moving, you can easily adjust your address in your Beauty Junkies account.

We are happy to resolve your complaint. That works the fastest when you contact our customer service. We can be reached daily by telephone and mail. You will receive a substantive response from us within 48 hours of receiving your complaint.

Are you not satisfied with the answer? Find it higher and write to our customer service manager. You can mail to sevda@beautyjunkies.nl or send a letter by post to the address below. You will have an answer within 7 working days.
