1How can I place an order?
Place your products in your digital shopping cart via the large purple button. If you place the order with your Keekabuu account, this will be even faster because we already know you. No account? You can also order without an account, but we will still need your details.
How do I cancel my order?
You do this in My Keekabuu. You can only cancel if your order has not yet left our warehouse. Has your order already been shipped? Then you can refuse it at the door or return it free of charge via the online returns form .
Don't have a Keekabuu account? The fastest way to get help is via Customer Service. Send an email that you want to cancel your order, with the order number.
How do I change my order?
You can only change your order if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation.
Please contact our customer service to change the name or address of your order.

Have you ordered something that is sent to an incorrect address and have you not yet received a shipping confirmation? Please pass it on to our customer service . We will then see if we can still change the address of the shipment. When you move, you can easily change your address in your Keekabuu account.
Are the stated prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
All prices stated on our website include VAT.
I would like to file a complaint?
We are happy to resolve your complaint. The fastest way to do this is to contact our customer service. We are available daily by telephone and email. You will receive a substantive response from us within 48 hours of receiving your complaint.
Are you not satisfied with the answer? Look higher and write to our Customer Service Manager. You can email bengu@keekabuu.com or send a letter by post to the address below. You will receive an answer within 7 working days.
