How can I redeem my gift voucher or voucher?

During the checkout, click on “redeem gift voucher”. Enter your code (s) here. Make sure you spend the voucher in one go, otherwise the rest of the amount will expire.

Why is my payment checked?

We always check credit card payments due to fraud sensitivity. We think it is important to protect our customers against fraudsters.

Why was my credit card payment rejected?

All credit card payments go through a payment check with us. Unfortunately, we cannot share why the payment has been rejected with you. We naturally assume your good intentions, but we have to keep the control methods secret.

Your order is automatically canceled and the reservation will expire within 3 working days. Do you still want to receive your order? Then place it again and choose a different payment method.

Why have I not yet received an order confirmation?

Check if money has been written off.

Due to the crowds on our payment platform, a payment is sometimes delayed. Have you not received an order confirmation after 1 hour? You were helped the fastest through customer service. Send us a screenshot of your bank statement where the transaction number is visible via email to customer service. We will then send you the order confirmation. Also check your spam box, sometimes your order confirmation comes in there. Has no money been written off? Then the payment was not successful. You can then place your order again.

What if I have not received a refund?

It differs per bank how long it takes before the reimbursement in your account statement. Is the amount not yet in your account within 14 days? Then contact our customer service.

Where can I find the status of my reimbursement?

Unfortunately you cannot check that.

We pay the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but return no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal.

"Pay afterwards" gives you the possibility to pay within 14 days. Once the order has been sent, you will receive an invoice via Klarna. The actual payment arranges you with Klarna.

How does it work for business ordering?

Customers outside the Netherlands with a valid VAT number must first contact us before ordering. We can then verify the specified VAT number and set your account to order VAT free. If you order without doing this, the site will automatically count VAT. We cannot correct this afterwards.
